This is an open class where beginners are welcome. This class aims to teach both beginner and intermediate students ‘Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi’ and will cover the essential Tai Chi principles, how these can be applied, and are fundamental to learning and deepening your Tai Chi practice, while helping you to improve your primary sports performance overall health and wellness.
